Fire Red & Leaf Green - Polished versions of Red & Green with a fun Johto prequel post-game quest.
Crystal - A definite Johto experience, still feels very alive for a 20 year old Game Boy game, paired with Stadium 2 it becomes one of the best Pokemon experiences there is.
Emerald - Mostly there for nostalgia reasons, it's a game I can always come back to and just have fun, Battle Frontier is still amazing to this day.
