*Another Freeze-Dry learned by many of the same Pokemon, tho a bit less variety since this one feels like it could get scary on the right Pokemon. This gives the Ice type another passive buff as several can now counter one of their checks, the Fire type, if they can get the hit in.

*Volcarona, Ninjask, Lokix... any "pest" Bug would get this. Also some Poison, Dark or Ghost types like Muk, Garbodor, Weezing... A Bug spread move would be fun and it gives Special Attacking Bugs another option that isn't Bug Buzz. Being able to counter Terrain for Pokemon like Muk would give them a fun niche too.

*A lot of the "weaker" Rocks like your Gigaliths, Onixes and Carbinks. It would also be learned some oddballs like Sableye. This is basically a Facade clone with different power and a new 2nd effect. This allows Pokemon that wouldn't normally have a reliable STAB to now have one especially when paired with a Flame Orb or similar. Something like Gigalith would be really fun with this actually.
