Unless GO stops printing more money than all games ever made combined on an annual basis, not a chance.
The SV art style is yet another attempt from GameFreak to capture the GO audience by "easing" them into the core games with a halfway aesthetic.

Why would it be? Most characters have heights than seem deliberately chosen. Hassel and Tulip are very tall, Larry has a very average height etc. Nemona being tall seems on purpose, probably to put an emphasis on her "senpai" role (although she is in the same class/year as you for some fucking reason)
