This guy is the greatest disgrace to pokemon in the series. The gen 4 other further evolutions are also trash but this is the worst. Including this in romhacks ruins the hack. Infinite fusion seemed good but the hack is unfortunately shit because of this asshole. Find a way to remove it not include it.
