I think you're right in that he "enhances" it, but he doesn't really change it at the same time. He gave her smaller pockets overall (and made them more asymmetrical?), but generally the shape and size of her ass appear mostly unchanged. It's like her made small tweaks to make her ass feel bigger without being bigger. Like how he changed one of her legs so that it looked more pronounced from the angle and thus made her bottom half look bigger, or how he cut a tiny amount of her waist off so her butt would look like it popped more despite (again) not changing its size. This is like a master class in changing something without changing it. I'm kind of impressed, actually. But even these changes are so small that the difference is nearly imperceptible between them when you overlay them. Like, the differences are there, but it's akin to someone eyeballing something. There's bound to be some differences. But the differences are so light.
Either way, the OP is so close to on model it would be foolish to say it wasn't.
