Unovan Samurott should have Shell Armor replaced with Supreme Overlord as its Hidden Ability.

That gives them contrasting playstyles; Hisuian Samurott shits out spikes early game, Unovan Samurott sweeps lategame with Swords Dance and Supreme Overlord

That's kind of a ridiculously strong ability for a non-legendary. This franchise has power creep so hard.
This is why game devs tend to nerf rather than buff to balance their games
