Play testing my HGSS ROM hack. Plan to add Primeape, Lapras and Electivire to my team, all Pokémon I've never used before. I put the Elecitizer in Ice Path and the Dusk Stone in Dark Cave (Route 45 side). All evolutionary stones are available once between the 7th Gym and the Elite Four, and the Linking Cord is available in the Pokéathlon Dome shop, so all impossible evolutions are now made possible, in the most "canon way" I could think of.
