Evolutions should just make your mon bigger and cooler, maybe add armor / weapons but keep it mostly the same. I'm fucking tired of 3rd evos completely changing species, that's not what you invested into. Even Charizard doesn't feel like an evo to Charmeleon, it's an ultimate version of Charmander btu the 2nd stage was pretty much ignored.
