No it’s not. It’s Giovanni because he was the other scientist that got involved in with the Mewtwo crisis other than Blane. Blane lives on Cinnabar island which is the the color coordination to cinnamon, and cinnamon is a slight off red color, and the main character is Red, who corelates to Ash.
