Gireum Red, one of the most based anti-modern pokemon guy, has just exposed what is truly going on in Gamefreak's headquarter throught a website similar to Indeed, like a japanese version of Indeed
and it just proves what we've been fearing about the state of the franchise
because of this, it exposed the fact that
-Not enough manpower to develop a game, the number of employees is too small
-Technical skills is behind the industry, the technical prowless of the company is several years behind the other industries (some say its 2-3 game industry generation behind)
-There is actual incompetent people AND high-ups in the company, there is too many people in the company that are not skilled enough and/or they do not gain enough skills well unlike other companies
-*WORST OF ALL*They are never allowed to delay any games they are working on because of greed.
-they literally know that their games will sell well even if its dogshit from quotes such as "Even if the quality is low, it will sell well". EVEN GameFreak and their devs themself knows how Pokemon has fallen, yet they still continue with it due to greed
-what is interesting is that most of the people that said "communication was good and I was heard" were management and artist positions (those in the creative mindset that are responsible for the music and the pokemon/character designs etc.), and most of the people that said "communication is bad and this company is stagnated" are the software and systems people. (Those responsible for the coding and adding features into the game). This reflects perfectly the downward slope most people have been complaining about. "The music and the characters are still fine, and there's still a lot of charm BUT the game is outdated at launch and it plays like a bag of rocks and a pile of sticks"
