What is a Pokemon Spin-off that hasn't been made yet that you'd like to see get made. Or just something you'd like to see revisited that isn't Mystery Dungeon?

Conquest, but part of what made it great was its comfy spritework and modern devs are allergic to sprites nowadays.
I'd appreciate some way to increase the difficulty too.

Platformer or some sort of Rune Factory type game.

Conquest or even just a new strategy rpg. The fun thing about Pokemon is that you can make it fit into any genre so I hope they continue experimenting.

Pokemon pet/raising sim in the vain of Nintendogs. Compatible with Home and you can directly send your Pokmon from their into the game. Since it would be more involved than than something like Amie the amount of usable Pokemon would need to be limited, but more would get added over time.

I hope they just put the Orre games on NSO and call it a day.
