There are plenty of explanations as to how Walking Wake/Raging Bolt can exist with the Beast trio. It really isn’t that hard seeing that the beast trio was revived with pheonix magic
The one I like the most is that Ho-oh based the beast trio on dinosaurs and made them hybrids of dinosaurs and their original forms. Ho-oh is at least 300,000,000 years old based on ruins of alph.
The most likely explanation is that the descendants of those dinosaurs eventually evolved.
Or they could just coincidentally look alike just like how Wugtrio looks like Dugtrio coincidentally.
All these are valid theories but you choose the silliest one to make people who say paradox mons are from past/present look dumb.
