Mismagius was one of the better gen 4 evos, most of the others were just oversigned garbage like Rhyperior or Magmortar.
GF fucked up by making Misdreavus so weak and inaccessible in Johto.

paradox mons were, without any shadow of doubt, a mistake. mismagius on the other hand actually made an attempt at being a new design and not some lazy shit that feels no different than a regional variant
