I'm too dumb to use it, how are you supposed to input something frame perfect?
I play FR on cartridge btw, is it easier if you play Emerald?

this is how I understand it as well and this is fucking impossible.

I play, like, semi-speedrunning style, so I guess Mudkip and Latios + teams that work for the battle frontier and that are fun.
I have more ideas about FR, desu.

1/60th of a second is awkward to hit, but by checking which frame you hit, and adjusting if you were +-5 out with the handy Frame Hit field, you should hit it soon.
