Hi can anyone recommend an Emulator for IOS that will let me download and play Pokémon RBY GSC on my iPhone while I’m bored at work. I’m fine paying for a decent app.

For iOS you have to sideload AltStore and from AltStore you download Delta
Make you set up JIT through the AltStore installer so you don't have to keep plugging your phone to your computer every time you want to refresh the apps because they expire after 7 days. JIT allows you to skip the connecting to your computer part as long as your phone and computer are both on the same network

To elaborate you don't have to jailbreak, just download the altstore installer on pc and follow the guide
