Pokémon arose from Tajiri's bugcatching hobby, and similarly my waning interest in the series was rekindled when I started to study biology and the likes. Even though any actual biological substance is relatively shallow in the games(especially in nugens), I still can't help but appreciate the simple joy of nature and life.
