clearly not since most dragon mons are strong because they are dragon type . every single good bug type mon manage to be viable in spite of their type. scizor would be a much stronger mon if it wasent a bug for exemple

I don't think I have ever seen a kid in the United States be ecstatic about bugs of any kinds, with the exceptions of my cousins liking to collect fireflies in the summer.
