Haven’t played Gen 9. Will probably choose the cat since its final stage is like a cool clown thing but god damn its first stage is garbage looking.

Serious Mode: so is the point of the starters returning in DLC basically that they'll be totally normal, catchable mons without any special gimmick, single location, or ridiculous low percentage to catch them at? As run of the mill as any non-legendary/mythic/gift mon, so to speak?
