>>54263164Luffy - Fighting but changes form to Fighting/Fire, Fighting/Ghost, and later Fighting/Fairy - Base Luffy is Fighting. Gears 2-4 use Fire and steam motif in his attacks. Nightmare Luffy is Fighting/Ghost. Gear 5 becomes closer to a god and several deities in Pokémon are Fairy.
Zoro - Fighting/Dark - Zoro has a strong sense of honor but is also a killer with an oni/Enma motif. Like Hisuian Samurott he is a ronin. Not above being selfish but occasionally self sacrificing. Reminds me of Urshifu Single Strike in a way.
Nami - Psychic/Electric - Her desire to be a witch, raw intelligence, and almost clairvoyant knowledge about weather phenomenon make her Psychic.
Usopp - Fairy/Grass - Usopp is a known trickster and he manipulates nature to his liking. He eventually uses plant entities.
Sanji - Fighting/Fire - Self explanatory.
Chopper - Normal as reindeer, Normal/Psychic as hybrid, Normal/Fighting in every other form - Also self explanatory.
Robin - Dark/Fighting - her fighting style is very similar to Grapploct’s but she is also an assassin with a demon transformation. Considered Psychic for a while but the demon associations and joint lock style are too strong.
Franky - Fighting/Steel
Brook - Ghost/Ice
Jinbe - Water/Fighting
