Someone who favors ONLY the original generation of pokemon. These people are oblivious, or even annoyed of the newer pokemon generations.

An idiot who hates any Pokémon Games made after Yellow, without giving any actual reason. Genwunners continuously voice their opinion in the jerkiest way possible, while refusing to accept the fact that normal people have their own opinions.

Yeah, and Unovaborts do the same thing because their games are pale imitations of RBY right down to most of the dex being shitty bootlegs of the RBy dex. GF tried to recapture the lightning in a bottle and failed horribly.

they're the last sprite games and 3DS is when pokemon noticeably started cutting corners because gamefreak was and still is unprepared for 3D development. gen 5 is nothing special, pretty average for a pokemon game, but it's the last "real" pokemon game and naturally anyone who likes the newer shit is going to resent it for being the most recent point of comparison. if 2D ended with gen 4 it would get the same treatment.

Yeah except gen 1 actually sucks balls. Why does gen 1 get a pass for constant lv10+ caterpie fights? Or Team Rocket with Rattata and Zubats after 4 whole badges? Pidgey and Rattata on EVERY route? Is Silph Co fun? Rock Tunnel (you did NOT get flash your first playthrough)? Safari Zone? People like to cry about the new games being a buggy mess. Where is the criticism for gen 1 doing it? Whack a Mole evolves into Whack a Mole x3. Pidgey just gets bigger. Seel is a Seal. Spearow is literally my mom's bird. You can't get a wild Mr. Mime in any version. 90% of the pokemon in the game are unsuable shitmons. Nidoran M sweeps the game solo. So on amd so forth.
