Despite being the most used of the three, Cinderace does not actually rely on Libero anymore, its most common set is the support pivot with Blaze.
Greninja likewise is mostly running Battle Bond now, not Protean.
Meowscarada as of the last update is the only one mostly running Protean and perhaps unsurprisingly it's the one just barely gaining usage. Back when it was top 10, it mainly an a Spikes lead set with Overgrow but it's been replaced by HSamurott on that front.
All three of them can potentially run Choice set with Protean/Libero and they did early in the meta but in all three cases it fell by the wayside.
