because gen 9 broke the trend of typical legendaries. and everything is being caused by the 3rd legendary terapagos.
or teramax terapagos ends up being a dragon because why the fuck not wouldn’t be surprised

Thematically it's supposed to be Cyclizar and I wouldn't be suprised if we get a Teramax Cyclizar that's basically a mega evolution for it.

no, paradox pokemon are just based on pokemon that already exist so cyclizar is just there as a baseline for the raidons. because it would be weirder for the box legends to be paradox pokemon of earlier gen pokemon
