Noice is just a variation of saying nice, and works as a pun which Pokémon has always worked on. Hangry as a word isn’t going anywhere anytime soon because it’s been around for so long. Lechonk is probably the most upfront meme, but again it describes what it is (Lechon from Pork, implying pig) and even when Chonk dies as a word it still resembles chunk or oink well enough to work as a name.
