Trick room obviously. Some other Pokemon actually prefer underspeeding so they can pivot safely into a frail Pokemon; Slowking or Incineroar for example.

Foul Play and Confusion work off your Attack stat, not your Special Attack stat. It's much better to only take 15% from hitting yourself in confusion rather than 25%.

That's to train a new team from scratch. It takes longer to build a new team of 6 Pokemon than it does to finish Scarlet/Violet.

It's funny I got a shiny 1 speed ursaluna (virtually equal to 0 speed at level 50) in PLA yesterday within 10 minutes. Will likely do rng manips on enamorus to see how long it takes.
