Working on a big project where I need a bunch of original games, but as of right now I can't find an english version of le funni meme face anywhere online.

Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer pokemon from a japanese XD to an english RSE?

Educated guess, the Gamecube is region locked but the GBA is region-free, so the link cables must be compatable between every region of GCN and all GBAs. It should be possible to trade between any region's GBA cart and any region's XD disc and the game should handle it just the same as inter-region transfers between carts.

i doubt it since japanese colo, celebi bonus disc, and pokemon box all require japanese games to transfer

It ssshhhoooouuuulllddd, afaik the Wii's region locking must necessarily work the exact same as the Gamecube's to run Gamecube discs so using the region-agnostic GBA link cables shouldn't be any different.

Does JP colosseum require a JP game for all transfers or is it just the bonus disc transfers? Because the latter I could see being specially region locked for having different regional exclusives. If its just for any kind of transfer that's a unique kind of assholery even for GF.
