i still need to do a crystal play through need to finish my current emerald and pmd runs though kek. does gen2 still have the pc box management cancer like gen1 where you cant catch anything if your box is full? that made me drop my last gen1 playthrough i found articuno and went to catch it then it told me my box was full and i never touched the game again
>>54328153if you also have a flashcart you should get some dumps of the event roms and get some event mon theyre really cool to mess with, they do not work properly with those thin black chink cables though as they have a bunch of pins missing you'll need to get some old used link cable that is made properly

https://github.com/HDR/MBC30-Flashcart it has the logo on the back like the original and supports a flash chip + fram so you wont lose your save if the battery dies. theres also mbc3000 by bennvenn, i have one of these and its quite good / cheap. going to do the crystal mod at some point but i only found out about it recently
