The problem is they would be genned in balls they couldn't be obtained in (all Hisui Mon should be in Strange Balls in a Non-Hisui game) or miss the Home trackers as the first post said, meaning they'd not been put through Home and couldn't have possibly been transferred in. With no SV in-game encounter to link the Mon to, they're marked as illegitimate.
It's not actually hard to make a hacked Mon that is perfectly legal, regardless of what IVs they have (as long as they follow any guaranteed IV conventions) it's just retards who assume a trade bot is gonna fix all their problems and don't bother concerning themselves with legality.
Ironically, they're often the ones using the self serving bullshit excuse of "saving time" but if they're using a Trade Bot they were never that devoted to the game to begin with. Furthermore, if you need to "save time", maybe those obligations taking you away from Pokemon like Work, Family or College/University are just a bit more important (and yes, I actually saw someone complaining about how they had a wife and child and couldn't be expected to play Pokemon, yet they still wanna spend thousands to fly out to Japan for a tournament).
