It’s not clear if the Rhyhorn and Nidoqueen clones partnered up because in either case this does not fit the gender and species rules of eggs in the games.
Nidoqueen can’t breed at all, and even if she did she would only produce Nidoran eggs. Rhyhorn assuming it’s male cannot produce baby Rhyhorn on its own and any baby is the female parent’s lowest form.
