What they did with the bara threads is a good compromise and while I'm not a fan of that kind of stuff, those guys were able to get comfortable and discuss it in selected places.
Unfortunately, doing it for the waifu shit won't have the same resolution because those kinds of people are loud, psychotic and despite that being the case a decade ago, will cry that it's "unfair" until the end of time.
All morals aside, waifufags are the worst of the worst, not because of what they're obsessed about, but their unreasonable passive aggressive behavior towards anyone who isn't as "passionate" about it as they are. That's why the board is flooded with this garbage.
