Evolve one Magnemite and replace the other with something else. Cursola would work if you go the idea that she used to train rock types. but if Corsola not strong enough you could either buff it or even give her Lanturn.

As for Delibird, it shouldn't be as weak as it is in the first place, so just buff it.

GSC had the excuse of being designed as Gen1's sequel (intended to be called Pokemon 2), being made before pattern of "new game focusing on the new Pokemon" had been established, legit not having enough dex slots available create enough new Pokemon to fill every in game niche, and an "regional dex" that had everything that exists at the time except for the Gen 1 starters, fossils, and legendaries. DP has no such excuse and arbitrary has only 150 pokemon because GenWun did it, bloats its encounters with Gen 1 encounters for no reason even though Gens 2 and 3 exist, and has several Gen 4 Pokemon missing from the regional dex (how the fuck does that even happen), and even repeats Gen 2's baby mistake, The only thing DP does better is shilling the "cooler" Pokemon
