His only saving grace is that he's a Regi, which automatically makes him better than 90% of the dex he's from since they did the bare minimum of sticking to the design cues that make something a regi, but that ain't saying much.

Specs Dragon Energy from Tera'd Regidrago anally blasts anything that isn't a fairy.
For fuck's sake it does a minimum of 61% to Eviolite Chansey.
I love retarded nukes.

Makes no sense, we could've had a water regi made of glass and full of salt water, a grass regi made of wood or vines, a flying aircraft regi, a regi made from dead bugs, a middens regi for poison, but instead we got this thing no one cares about. At least the electric one is alright.

I hated its acquisition method in SWSH. You had to choose between either Regieleki or Regidrago. Hopefully in the SV DLC they at least make it version exclusive instead of this crap again.
