Sprout tower: only bad against against the two Hoothoot, otherwise resists all the bellsprout because they only have grass moves.
Bugsy: actually bad
Morty: despite his team being part poison, his team knows no poison moves so at least meganium isn’t weak to his team. Wouldn’t recommend meganium here since iirc Mudslap is the only Meganium can use that isn’t resisted by Mortimer ghosts but Meganium should be tanky enough to last
Jasmine: not weak to steel, resists magnetite electric moves, and Steelix does not resist grass.
Pryce: weak to his ice moves but deals super effective damage to his entire team
Clair: Dragon resists all starter types so singling out meganium is stupid. Also Dragon is not super effective against grass. In fact because Clair mostly has water and electric move Meganium resists a good chunk of her team except that one Dragonair that uses ice beam. Oh and Kingdra does not resist Grass.
It’s the Elite 4 that truely shits on Meganium and that’s most Elite 4 due to grass being weak to or resisted by so many types
