I agree with you about the Blood Form being a bit too much, but from the looks of things it seems the regular Ursaluna is the "true" end stage of the Ursa family, the Blood form seems to some rare exceptional one-off
>>54389741It was also outclassed by Queen Snorlax but then again what wasn't. Back then Ursaring was decent power level wise, but powercreep caught up with it quickly. Even now with Evolite its merely hanging on rather than thriving, it needed some kind of stat buff, special snowflake transformation, or evolution and Game Freak chose the latter.
