Based on at least one of parasect's Pokédex entries, if the mushroom is removed or falls off, parasect stops moving. The idea of parasect is that the Pokémon is dead and the fungus is controlling it like a zombie. There is no cure.

Does it also say that for Paras?
It could just be that the infection already killed it at that point, and that a cured Paras could grow up to be a healthy, beautiful Parasect who doesn't need no mushrooms.

No, its entries mostlytalk about how it gets nutrients from trees and tree roots, and that the mushroom steals most of the nutrients. So paras could be cured in theory, just not parasecf.

If we follow the logic of the mushroom stealing most of paras' nutrition, a cured Parasect would be far bigger and beefier, what with not suffering from malnutrition and all.

It will higher speed and higher HP also it will only be 2 times weak to fire/flying/rock instead of the 4 times weak to flying/fire and 2 times weak to poison/rock/bug/ice that it's currently is..

I’ve never understood Nincada. It’s name is a combo of ninja + cicada, but nothing about its design feels very “ninja.”

The dex calls it trainee so the idea is that it’s a ninja in training to become a full fledge ninja (Ninjask), and use that ninja shadow copy trick (Shedinja). Though Nincada’s design doesn’t really communicate that.
