ITT: Take a pokemon you like that either doesn't have a signature move or ability, or has one but that is underwhelming, and give it a one that is good enough to make it either viable in competitive vgc/smogon OU singles or at least have a niche in it.

To keep it interesting, keep it one pokemon per post and use your favorite art/fanart of that pokemon as pic.
