Never misses
Ignores the opponents ability
Spread hit in doubles
Instakills the opponent's whole team at once, deletes the fainted pokemon from the game and corrupts the opponent's save file, while also permanently raising the stats of the user to the max. Everyone it gets used against only get one week left to live in real life after that the curse goes on to haunt your blood relatives.
And yes, MY favourite Pokémon learns it and YOUR favourite shitmon does not

This is actually a really cool one. I like the idea of a Pokemon that switches in to absorb a terrain and get a boost off it. Give this to Gogoat and Miltank and pair them with a Grassy Surge mon -- they'll be much more fun.

Mainly I see it as a new second ability for Meditite/Medicham to let it surprise opponents by being a special attacker instead of a physical one.
