>>54408571Because GF is incompetent and small-minded, they probably thought Tinkaton wasn't going to be popular, so they half-assed her stats/moves/abilities while obviously thinking mons like Baxcalibur and Palafin were going to be the popular ones, turns out they were wrong and the only logical way to fix this is the Marowak treatment.
They had so many abilities to choose from:
>Steelworker(This is literally what she is)>Sheer Force(She's a Brute)>Huge Power(She obviously has Super Strength)>Pure Power(Same as above)>Guts(Pokedex says she has a very daring disposition)>Steely Spirit(This would be perfect if they were really serious about her being a support mon)>A New Ability that works like Freeze-Dry but SE against Steel typesBut nope give her Pickpocket as Hidden Ability because Pokedex says she's a thief when none of the actual thief mons have Pickpocket.
They didn't even give her Smackdown/Rock Throw(Because Pokedex) and Earthquake(Combos with Smackdown)/Steel Roller(A Support with no terrain removal is weird)/Recovery(Who thought Rest will be good on her? Rest gets more benefit form massively bulky mons)
They also seem to have thrown out logic about balancing her around Gigaton Hammer when Blood Moon Ursaluna is getting a clone, there are few things I can think of on how they can balance it out.
1. It uses the lowest stat which will most likely be Special Attack
2. BM Ursaluna has High Attack, but the move will have low BP
3. BM Ursaluna is actually a Tank mon with low attack, but the move will have High BP
4. They leaks aren't correct and it has another drawback or it's a charge
We don't even know the stats of BM Ursaluna, but people assume that BM Ursaluna is just going to be Ursaluna with more of the same stats, but it can probably have a totally different stat distribution, it's not an evolution after all.
