I guess that makes 56-72 when Scizor was first affected by Tar Shot and then get Forest's Curse. Which gives him the triple type Grass/Bug/Steel and an additional x2 from Tar Shot (x8 altogether).

But I found out, you can even make more damage when you have a Chi-Yu around. It will damage Scizor by 40-48 HP (or assuming 80-96 since you cannot select Forest's Curse and Tar Shot).

i think this fulfils OP's conditions. no idea how much of it was necessary as you cant calc for half this shit. no clue if the crit was necessary - wasnt planning on it or id have worked focus energy in somewhere; just got lucky. was also constrained by fucking smogons natdex doubles format. regardless, it has been done

Thanks anon. I have a lot of fun with this shit. I'll maybe run it back today to see the minimum it takes. I also think you could use a worse mon than moltres, because the base number for spatk is so low anyway, and it's getting multiplied so much. I just ran with moltres cos it was the highest spatk mon that learned ember and that smogon would let be level 1
