It doesn't matter if everyone has +6 Attack and is using Leech Life, if you let Mewtwo get a high Sp.Attack it's going to kill everyone.
Ideally, the 4 Mew should use only Struggle Bug for the first 2 turns of the fight and also for 2 turns whenever it resets debuffs. Also, whenever you notice it causing a lot of damage, reapply a couple SB.
If you get a team of people who know this basic stuff, you can beat the raid with 50% of the timer left
