If it's a TM in the Indigo Disk, it could learn it then. But we also had Mega Blaziken use Ice Punch, Gardevoir use Fairy Wind, Lapras use Scald, etc. in trailers. We also had dataminers get tutor/TM moves wrong, eg. Thunder Punch Pidgey and Skitter Smack Caterpie.

Sure, but the same screenshots also show Munkidori using Shadow Ball and Fenzendipity using Air Slash, which are both plausible (All Psychics get Shadow Ball, and all Birds learn bird moves regardless if they're Flying types like Blaziken knowing Brave Bird)

People don't seem to understand how leaks work.
Games can be datamined early because physical copies exist. Since there are physical copies, some people get access to them earlier and dump the files on the internet.
DLC are digital only, there's nothing to be dumped earlier, so there is no way to datamine a DLC before it is released.
The leaks we have are from Home, and Home will not have BST.

SV has had a pre update where you can see the deleted dex entires and a few things like that but the physical data of the dlc isn't in game yet

Why the fuck would they make Bloodmoon a strictly BETTER version of Ursaluna? Why would they keep the speed THE SAME while dropping special attack to boost other stats by 5 points each? This reeks of Smogon-tier competitive brain rather than any kind of stat block gamefreak would actually put out. Shameful. Shame on you for posting this.
Also it's Ground/Normal, not Steel/Normal.

The DLC is an update to a Switch game, whereas Home has an internal API that both the mobile app and Switch app use to grab data from. That API was updated early and dataminers were able to get information from it, but the actual in game update for the Switch isn't live yet.

There's an additional Home update that will launch with the DLC that allows for compatibility with it and there will presumably be more information available then from Home as well

They're the Home renders, so we don't know. I'm guessing it will, as I think the image for its "normal" form seems to be its battle render, as there is another with it holding its mask away like the water/fire/rock forms.
