If it's a shitmon, it automatically has a shit design.
If it's OU, the design is great and flawless.

If a pokemon like Chansey drops from OU to NU, it means people realized how shitty the design was.

Vice versa for pokemon that rise up from NU to OU.

No smoggie would ever think the Chikorita line has a great design.

Meganium, Serperior and maybe Torterra I can't remember, make easy games slightly less easy
I wasn't really a fan when I was a kid because it sucked compared to the other two, but I'm a huge grass fag now so I like it. I just wish they hadn't given it male and female differences, the shorter antennae look stupid
