>>54432929Start by copying existing official art. Even tracing is fine as long as you don't post it, it simply helps to train your hand-eye coordination.
Once you feel a little more confident, start changing some things while you copy official art (anime frames are cool too).
Little by little, strain further until you realize your hand kind of knows what it has to do even if you aren't putting your everything into it.
Art is just a series of failed attempts, no artist is ever 100% satisfied of every single work of theirs, but the important thing is to have fun drawing and enjoy the journey rather than thinking too much about the goal.
