I don't like having to use cheats to disable the low HP and gym leade's last pokemon themes, they're really obnoxious and I don't understand who thought it was a good idea to have those.

They're great ideas, just that between pokemon's low difficulty and the fact that everyone's going to have some store of potions, being on the gym leader's last pokemon or low health is inconsequential and tense music isn't very fitting

It would be a cool idea for the dramatic music to kick in when YOU are on your last pokemon, not the enemy.

The low hp music needed an even lower threshold than just red hp, and it would have been great for living with only a couple hit points

only vp would rather hear an annoying ass beep sound loudly blaring (out of rhythm btw) over the generic battle theme than actual music put together around the beep

Not a fan of this either, the gym theme is good enough already if anything it feels that the last Pokemon theme robs the figth of some intensity
Being in the red was such an awful mistake it just stops all music to play a subpar theme, the gen 5 games have great music so I actually hate when it gets interrupted for the sake of being cinematic
