For items, VIP doesn't seem worth it, and feather only grabs the Vstar, go all in on nest and ultra balls instead, with maybe a level ball. I think you can cut the heavy ball too, it's only useful to grab Gardy, nad only in some matchups. Rescue carrier seems useless, what are you looking to grab with it?
I'd add 1 or 2 more paths, and maybe a lost city.
For supporters, I'd say add a Raihan and some Iono to go with path. Don't think Serena is worth it, and you can probably cut 1 or 2 research.
Don't think too jammer is worth it, what are you looking to counter with it?
Also add the 4th DTE, ans both Serp and Altaria need it.
And I'm don't think the Vstar is particularly powerful here, you may want to use Arceus Vstar instead, or at least a forest seal stone if you don't want to craft Arc.
If you don't mind crafting and changing the deck significantly as long as you keep Serp, you may want to look into Arc-tina lists with a 1-1 Serp line. It's more meta, but less focused on Serp.
