The Pokedex mentions its mud being as hard as iron, which is pretty much the exact excuse they gave for Alolan Sandslash being Steel. Plus it'd help separate it from regular Ursaluna more.
Sucks they didn't go that route since it means losing out on a new type combo, but a special attacking normal/ground is still cool.

Yeah but they've done dex entries like that before throughout the series. I think the translators just botched the english entry for A.Sandshrew in that case. I hope the eventual Normal/Steel is something cool

The hell was GF thinking? This has to be literally the worst glow down of all pokemon and he's going straight to Untiered. Keep in mind Blood Moon is a normal special type move with only 140 bp so a worse Boomburst.
