Frisk isn’t an ability, it’s a placeholder to nerf Pokémon that game freak hates. But Toxic Chain is so broken that Munki doesn’t have to worry about Frisk.

every other pokemon that's had frisk either had a better ability or couldn't do anything with the info
monkey coming in and seeing if something has a scarf or not is good info
