Easy: toxic subprotect salazzle.

There's cancerous subseed sitrus harvesters in every single randbat season, but not a single one of them matches the tumor that is toxic subprotect salazzle. A single turn of setup is all it needs to win every fight where the opponent doesn't have a direct counter or the opportunity to set hazards up early.

Yes. With random teams, Tropius is a common hazard because there's not a lot of ice or infiltrator options for dealing with Tropius before he sets up. One of his only real counters is, of all things, fucking Jumpluff who shows up a bunch. Toxapex is theoretically better with Boomburst but he doesn't show up often in randos.

A bunch of the starters in the rotation inexplicably have their default Blaze/overgrow/torrent abilities. It's some new batch that came out just before the DLC, I think it was to compensate for Greninja getting Battle Bond so clearly all starters should have two abilities (not realizing Greninja is the only one with another ability that isn't dogshit)
