i'm 30y and i dont understand any of pokemon thing. is it worthy to watch? should i watch anything or play anygame to get used with this universe?

Fuck no read the manga the anime is fucking pure garbage ash ruins it. The manga is fully based off the games new protags every series the olds ones age up too and they meet each other its fun. the first 3 generations of the manga is great gen 4 is trash gen 5 is fun even tho the games are shit post gen 5 is ehhhh.

Its also not censored to fuck

Just do the first region and stop.
It's genuinely a good and funny show that still holds up to this day. Even my sister that doesnt play games or cares likes it and laughed a bit.

As for the games.
They normally come out in pairs with slight differences, pick one them, the ones that people recommened are;

heartgold/soulsilver
emerald
platinum
black2/white2

They're good games.

Also try the games that arent as good but still decent

leafgreen/firered
black/white
ultrasun/ultramoon

The manga is pretty good too

Games aren't worth getting into unless you're 8
If you really want to try then play fire red/leaf green and understand this is extremely similar to every other pokemon game except PLA
Some of the spinoffs are pretty unique though, could look into those for the novelty
