She's ominous as fuck, and is openly only interested in stuff related to Tera. None of this paid off in Part 1, so we don't know if she's evil or a red herring.

Even ignoring her generic dialogue like not to stay out too long or that you should try the local candy because it's delicious most of her story dialogue is about how amazing friendship is.

Oh, and the fact she wants to learn about the tera stuff but only after she asks proper permission first. She doesn't want to offend to locals.

It wouldn't surprise me if she knows about You having them but doesn't say anything about it. Like she frame one info dumps you about what's in the original copy of the book for no reason. The only cutscene Koraidon/Miraidon appears is when the word "sandwich" is uttered.

She seems very suspicious in the sense that her appearance is offputting, intense reddish eyes and some sort of evil sorceress sort of outfit, but her motives are impossible to discern because she either doesn't know what Terapagos does and just wants to get to the bottom of that mystery her grandaddy was trying to solve or she knows exactly what she's doing and wants to use Terapagos's powers for her own reasons. There's something about her that's slightly off considering how Carmine seemed highly uncomfortable being around her at the lake despite supposedly getting permission. In fact, she seems a little frightened of Briar in general. I almost wonder if Carmine is privy to something we aren't about her. I'm pretty split on if she's genuinely bad-natured and covers it well or if she's just misunderstood.
