PLA > SV catch mechanics and core gameplay
SV > PLA story and replayability
I enjoyed SV more because once you finish the dex in PLA there's literally no other reason to play it.

Raids and online aren't postgame. The game will be unplayable once the servers shut down in 20 years like all the other games in the series nobody plays online anymore.

Legends has better shiny hunting. It's not tedious and hard but not stupidly easy as well.
